Event Description

Nonprofit managers are constantly juggling multiple priorities at work and most likely at home as well. We have more options than ever before in how we work, when we work, and where we work – but rather than resulting in higher productivity, we often feel drained and struggle to keep up.

In this webinar we will discuss a framework for better understanding different approaches and provide strategies and tools to help individuals move toward a pattern that is productive and comfortable for them. The information shared can also be used to help others better understand their needs, to reduce stress and burnout, and to work together more effectively.

This webinar applies to a general nonprofit audience. The content is appropriate for any working adult in or with a nonprofit organization.
