StableCommunities.org is the centerpiece of NeighborWorks® America’s Stable Communities initiative, a national response to the local challenges that arise when foreclosed homes remain vacant or abandoned. The purpose of the site is to provide community development practitioners with information and strategies to stabilize and revitalize communities in the wake of the foreclosure crisis. StableCommunities.org provides resources to nonprofit organizations and their public and private partners, including state and local governments, rehab contractors, researchers, funders, and servicers.

The Leader to Leader Institute is operating the Leadership Dialogues, an online toolbox featuring a growing library of video interviews with inspiring leaders from every sector and every corner of the world.

NeighborWorks is proud to introduce our full range of online learning to Leaders For Communities. Many of these courses are equivalent to those taught in-person at the NeighborWorks Training Institutes and Placed Based Trainings, and have been conveniently packaged for efficient and effective distance learning – providing you exceptional education and a user-friendly learning experience. New Resource for Housing Counselors: NeighborWorks has partnered with AssetPlatform.org, a resource website created to help nonprofit practitioners better meet the financial service needs of their clients.
