Jeff, I actually tried to find your thesis a few weeks ago. I was interested in reviewing it to see what new insights might pop out over the course of time. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it. Do you still have an electronic copy that you could send me?

I'm no longer resonpisble for day-to-day economic development activities in Miner County. Instead, we're focused on how rural people, organizations, and communities can use technology to advance their goals. That in part has lead me to produce a blog for the Rural Learning Center. You might be interested in this post , which provides a shapshot into what's been happening in our community, as well as why we are still passionate about our work. If you have ideas, stories, case studies, etc... that you would like to share with rural people, I'd love to see them. Perhaps it's a guest post! Hope all is well.

Thanks Vince. At this time, I know non-profits do not have access to RD's loan origination software, UniFi. I'm not sure how much we've discussed the issues of access to CAIVRS in the 502 course.
