Just thought I would put this question out there in light of the change in the Community Building and Organizing Track to Community Engagement. What distinguishes Community Engagement from Community Organizing? Is Community Organizing a part of Comm…

I concur Debbie. I too like the distinction made between managers and leaders. As I think back on the days before Frontier Housing, when I was employeed by Lowe's, I ponder on the differences that I noticed between the department "team leaders" and…
I guess at this time, I have to say email is my most used method, but recently I have been availing myself of facebook and it was very useful in planning my trip to Switzerland. I had learned about everything I needed to know, even about the bus sys…

Thanks, Its a commercial that is running throughout the state of Michigan. Its really helping families, because it shows them that they can address their mortgage problem before it becomes a crisis. Its encourages them to "make the call". I just finished a wonderful week of training in DC. Thanks for all you do with Neighborworks:)
Yeah, I have actually. I am living with Andrew and Kris is down here for the summer as well. So we have been running regularly. I am glad we have each other to keep everyone accountable. Norte is coming down next week to visit and George has been around a few times as well. Hope all is well. We should get together soon to golf or something. Let me know!

Thanks Vince. At this time, I know non-profits do not have access to RD's loan origination software, UniFi. I'm not sure how much we've discussed the issues of access to CAIVRS in the 502 course.
