Theresa,

We do not currently offer any classes that lead to the BPI certification. I suggest you contact Southface in Atlanta to pursue education, training and certification. Laura Capps run their residential green program and is a BPI and HERS trainer. She is one of our faculty, has a great deal of knowledge and experience and will help you sort through your questions. www.southface.org. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Thanks Vince. At this time, I know non-profits do not have access to RD's loan origination software, UniFi. I'm not sure how much we've discussed the issues of access to CAIVRS in the 502 course.
