Just wanted to give anyone interested some information on this great book about Community Building. "Building Communities From the Inside Out" by John Kretzmann and John McKnight is a very easy read and it has wonderful graphs and charts that really explain ideas and theories indepth. I would greatly reccomend this book to anyone that is getting into the field or anyone who would like to keep a quick guide of community building concepts at there side. Five Stars!

The Mortgage Banker’s association has reported a 17% rise in mortgage applications this past week alone. Of that 17% rise, 9.5 was for new mortgages. The word is out!
