Restored Homes HDFC ("RH") and Neighborhood Restore HDFC ("NR") are two related non-profit housing development corporations working in collaboration with the NYC Department of Housing preservation and Development ("HPD) in developing and preserving affordable housing throughout New York City.

Description
The position reports directly to RH's Homeownership Coordinator & Office Manager while also providing support to the Executive Director, and NR and RH staff. The Marketing & Program Assistant is responsible for assisting the Homeownership Coordinator in monitoring the marketing and sales of homes being rehabilitated by RH. The Marketing & Program Assistant will work closely with community groups to ensure that the homes are sold to eligible homebuyers and in accordance with program guidelines. This position will also assist in overseeing general office operations.
